Books! 📚

One thing I've been trying to do more, especially since finishing my degree, is reading for fun! And my local library has seasonal reading programs for both kids and adults! It might feel a little silly to trot up to the library and ask to get my reading hours stamped, but hey! It's more library activity and they have actual prizes like free books (ones no longer in circulation but in good condition) and entries to get a prize basket with grown up prizes like gift cards for dinner out.

I'm a teeeny bit bitter because last summer I applied for the job that designs this kind of stuff but it's okay

Speaking of reading and motivation! My sister's in a book club so I got her a lot of book-related gifts for Christmas, and of course I got a little gift for myself. I've been into building miniature houses and stuff lately, so I found these cute little bookshelves and books! There's a template to print out whatever book cover you want so you can have it as a tbr list or a log of the books you read over the year, or whatever you like! 

I haven't printed them yet, but I'm excited :)

Right now, I'm reading Harrow the Ninth of the Locked Tomb series. After (and during) reading the first book, I now realize why the fandom is Like That. It really is just that bonkers and it makes me go
